So, I just noticed that a bunch of the people on my "friend" list on Facebook aren't there anymore. I don't know if they removed themselves, or if there is another bug in Facebook's system.

I post some landscape, nature and travel photos that I don't post here on DeviantArt (for those that are interested in seeing some of my photos that you wouldn't see here on DevArt).

If you add me though, please just send me a message, letting me know your username here on DevArt (so I know that you're not just some random creep-o)

Please note though that I don't use my personal Facebook account that often. I just use it to post photos and share others' artwork occasionally. I do not post about my 'feelings' or what happened with my day, mostly because I just generally find that stuff boring and/or annoying.

I will update personal happenings rarely, just to keep family members and clients informed; family members that I don't get to see every day.

Towards the end of the summer, I will be putting together a Facebook page specifically for Monster Brand, so you will be able to follow all of our photography, videography, illustration and events there. I will make an announcement about it once it's up and running.

If you or anyone you know is a part of the site, please just add me, as I just joined
and I feel like a total noob sitting in the corner with no friends

I joined the site because I'm looking to work with people that are specifically
seeking to join the modelling industry and have an idea about what it means
to be a professional model.

My aim in joining Model Mayhem is to produce substantial content for people
that is more than just "pretty photos of pretty people". As I do with all of my
photography, I like to create moods and tell stories, whether it is wildlife, cosplay,
landscape, architecture, etc. I think it would be a great learning experience for me
and I would just love to get the chance to work with other creative minds and
other people that have a drive to think outside the box.

[Early] Artist Feature - June 2013

This is because I have a lot of personal and family happenings going on in June and

Back to my roots

I started on DeviantArt about 7 years ago, only posting wildlife photography.
Animals and wildlife are what originally got me into photography in the first place.

Although I enjoy working with people, creating visual content for music artists,
for clothes designers, performers, hair stylists, cosplayers, etc. I miss the wildlife.

I didn't get nearly as much attention on my wildlife photographs as I have recently
gotten on "Plague" and The Assassin per se, but it is something I truly enjoy doing.

I have not done anything for myself in a very long time and I know that pretty much
98% of my wildlife photos are just "pretty pictures of animals", but truth be told, I'm
a little burnt out and need something to help bring that spark back into myself.
I believe that the wildlife photography will do it for me.

So, for those of my watchers that have watched me for my people or masked characters-based
content, I apologize if you find my animal photography boring, but this is something I
need to do.

Surgery

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to let you know we might not be posting any content for a couple of weeks. This is because Nicole is undergoing surgery and all of our efforts are going to be focused on her healing process and getting her better as soon as humanly possible.

Her Etsy shop is also going to be closed for a couple of weeks, but will re-open once she is able to start shipping orders.

My writing... a quick question

So, along with photography, I also write.
I've just never shared any of my writing here on DeviantArt.

This is wholly because of fear.
Fear of theft.

Although I am deeply passionate about my photography,
I am even more so in regard to my writing (and I don't even
know if I'm any good at it, because I have never let anyone
read my works, aside from a couple close personal friends
and loved ones!)

Most of the pieces I have written are very short, and very personal.
And I feel torn.

I want to share, because not only would I love critical feedback,
but I am human, and feel as if somehow this would be a
sort of stress releaser.

But at the same time, I do not want to share (not just yet anyhow),
because thieves can steal visual images quite easily, but they steal the
written word with even less effort (or so it seems from past experiences).

So, I'm at a fork in the road.
Do I go left?
Do I go right?

I can't just stand here forever, without decision.
I'll get hungry after awhile.

So my question for you is:
Do you have any remote interest in reading my written works?

Daily Deviation!

Oh my gosh!

We got a DD everyone!

Just when Adam and myself were having an awful day,
this happens and makes us smile
