It reminds me of "Eyes Wide Shut", the masked ball, to a point, but, it is not that, it is more apocalyptic, I think...Awesome!

No, it's not ;) This mask is based off of the Plague Doctors that existed in Europe during the 14th century (during the Black Death). This mask and the mask from Assassin's Creed are both plague doctor masks ;)
