About the mask:
The bottom half of the mask is a painter's mask that can be found at any home improvement store. It originally came with two large cylindrical filters on each side of it (which can be easily removed - as you can see in our photo here). The top half of the mask is a pair of goggles that come from my personal collection. They are fashioned after the World War II era goggles that were worn by German bike messengers.

where oh where did u get that awesome respirator?

It was actually just a paint mask bought at a Home Depot store. We customized it by taking the circular respirators off and adding lights to it

Very good work on the whole series as well as this shot. The lights and shadows are in perfect balance and create this mysterious late night mood which spreads itself to the viewer! I adore all the AV-equipment used in this shot and how they're out of focus giving a feeling of space.
