Little Family

*Every year, there is dove couple that takes up
residence in my backyard. I was lucky enough to
capture a shot of mom, dad and baby here (but the
quality is bad, because I shot through a screen and
my kitchen window - didn't want to scare them!)

in my old house there would be a humming bird who would watch us through our kitchen window, a red and a blue bird who played on our car when it snowed, and a mockingbird that would chirp at us year-round whenever we went outside. i think the humming bird and mocking bird have finally caught up to us after two years...

I have a pair of mourning doves just like these who frequent my backyard every spring too - I've had the blessing of seeing their nest with two fuzzy babies inside one year! :squee: This picture captures these lovelies so well, thank you for sharing! :floating:
